Introduction<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      MyURemote provides stable control and live feedback for this generation of Bose Lifestyle systems,\n      including source selection, volume control and multiroom operation.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      These systems are often referred to as the \u201cclassic RS232 Bose Lifestyle generation\u201d.\n      They do <strong>not<\/strong> use TTL (like Lifestyle 40\/50),\n      and they do <strong>not<\/strong> use the newer serial protocol found in 2011+ systems.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <!-- 2. SUPPORTED MODELS -->\n  <section>\n    <h2>2. Supported models<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Lifestyle 18<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle 28<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle 38<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle 48<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle V20<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle V30<\/li>\n      <li>Lifestyle V40<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p style=\"margin-top:10px;\">\n      <strong>Important:<\/strong> These models must be equipped with a console that has\n      a physical <strong>RS232 serial connector<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <!-- 3. NOT COMPATIBLE -->\n  <section>\n    <h2>3. Not compatible hardware (very important)<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Some Bose consoles look similar but are <strong>not compatible<\/strong> with MyURemote\n      because they do not provide a usable serial control interface.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>\n        <strong>AV28 console<\/strong> \u2013 <em>not compatible<\/em>\n        <ul>\n          <li>The AV28 does <strong>not<\/strong> have a usable RS232 control port.<\/li>\n          <li>This is clearly printed on the bottom of the console as \u201cAV28\u201d.<\/li>\n          <li>MyURemote cannot control AV28-based systems.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n      When in doubt, check the label on the underside of your Bose console or send a photo\n      to MyURemote support before purchasing hardware.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <!-- 4. How it works<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n      <li>MyURemote sends a command over the network.<\/li>\n      <li>The Global Cach\u00e9 controller outputs RS232 to the Bose console.<\/li>\n      <li>The Bose system executes the command.<\/li>\n      <li>Status and feedback are returned to MyURemote.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <!-- 8.
